Stopped looking because I’ll be dead then. I searched my computer for an item & found a calendar entry with that name, clicked on the icon, which took me to 2042, 6 entries per day, every day for months going forward. Spent 6hrs deleting the additionally bad data the app created. Clicking ‘fix’ deleted them from the actual day, & instead populated the calendar item 6-8 times a day, every day, for years past & in the future. However, used the calendalr cleaner scan once, yielding a list of “bad” calendar dates. I purchased this & contacts cleaner, really wanted & needed to like these apps. Problem App is not updated since 2014-emails to support-bounce I would recommend that the designers take a look and fix it. I would say that it may have been something in my system that caused it because no one would buy it if all had my experience.
I suspect there is a bug in the app as after I ran it, not only did it not delete duplicate appointments, but it multiplied them, actually scheduling ALL of my appointments to occur every day out to the limit of the calendar! With the help of the tech, I was able to delete all appointments in the calendar and from the cloud, restore the calendar to what it was earlier that day.

I did the download while my Mac guy was viewing my screen, so I think I did what I was supposed to do in installing and running it. My problem was that I had many duplicate appointments after transferring my mail from Outlook to the Mac calendar.
